My name is Crystal and I am creating works for trading card, table top role playing products and gallery spaces with an authentic and open media approach. Prior to my commitment to a creative career, I worked in various industries including an enlistment in the navy and quality assurance in a manufacturing setting. These experiences facilitating the development of strong interpersonal, problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

My practice is located in the Midwest of the United States and focuses on thematic, narrative driven approaches to developing compositions. I use a range of dry and wet two-dimensional mediums in addition to digital illustration/3D software to reach my vision, but I am also excited by collaborations and critique. Especially, in-person. 

I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my two cats. Occasionally, they pose long enough for my daughter and I to sketch them or longingly observe me while cooking or rolling dice.
